Kudditji Kngwarreye lives at Aneletye Outstation on Utopia. Kudditji was the first artist on Utopia to use acrylic paint onto boards. His sister was the world renowned artist Emily Kame Kngwarreye who began many years later. This painting by Kudditji is a contemporary representation of his country including all visual aspects of the landscape such as grass areas, sand hills and vegetation and can include the affects of rain and other enviromental elements.
