What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit Card - We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
PayPal - Add your bank account, credit or debit card to your PayPal account to pay securely for purchases without having to input credit card details for every transaction. You will be temporarily directed to PayPal to sign in then redirected back to the Spell website upon completion.
Shop Pay - An accelerated checkout allowing you to save your email address, credit card details, shipping and billing addresses for a fast and efficient checkout. A code will be sent as a text message to your mobile to finalise payment.
Google Pay - Google’s secure payment gateway that allows you to pay for purchases using saved details to avoid inputting credit card details for every transaction.
Apple Pay - Pay using your Apple ID when using your Apple deviceWe accept card payments can be completed securely via our online store, or we can process payment over the phone via our eftpos machine. We also accept payment by direct deposit - please contact us for details.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we absolutely do. We strive to make owning a piece of Indigenous art possible for every one.
We just ask that a 10% deposit (non refundable) is made and consistent payments are made monthly - the payments can be determined by the client.
Can I view the artworks prior to purchase?
Of course, you’re welcome to view artworks in person at any of our gallery locations by prior arrangement.
How are artworks shipped?
We ship artworks both unstretched (rolled in a tube) as well as stretched (ready to hang). Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the artwork as well as its intended destination. You can also collect artworks from one of our galleries.

Can I have my artwork stretched and/or framed prior to delivery?
Yes, we can facilitate the stretching and framing of an artwork (if it isn’t already) prior to delivery to you. Please contact us for a quote.
Do you offer an artwork storage service?
Yes we do! If you’re keen to purchase an artwork but not quite ready to receive it, we can store the artwork for you. A small monthly fee may apply for artwork storage - this is determined on a case by case basis.
