Shipping Policy

At Knight Fine Art, we take great care in packaging and delivering artworks safely and efficiently. Our shipping process is designed to ensure your purchase arrives in excellent condition, whether you're located within Australia or overseas.

 

Shipping Within Australia

Each artwork listed online notes whether it is currently stretched or unstretched. 
Shipping of unstretched artworks is complimentary within Australia. 
Artworks that are stretched and/or framed can be shipped via our network of specialist art couriers at an additional cost. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. A quote will be provided   once you have completed your purchase - if you would like a quote prior, please contact us. 
All artworks are insured in transit, tracked and require a signature on delivery. 

 

International Shipping

We ship selected artworks internationally. Please contact us prior to purchase for a shipping quote and to confirm eligibility.
The purchaser is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees incurred upon arrival. 
All international orders are fully insured and trackable.

 

Packaging and Handling

Artworks are professionally packaged using  industry-standard protective wrapping.
Framed and large-scale works may be crated or require specialist art transport services.

 

In-Gallery Pickup

Local customers may choose to collect their artwork from one of our galleries by prior arrangement. 

 

Delivery Issues and Insurance

All shipments are fully insured during transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork so we can assist with a claim.
In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
