Returns & Refund Policy

We take great care in presenting artworks as accurately as possible on our website. However, we understand that viewing artworks online is not the same as in person and that there may be circumstances where a return is necessary and will be assessed on a case by case basis.

 

Change of Mind

Due to the unique nature of original  art, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We recommend clients ask questions and view works in person where possible or request additional details or images before purchasing. We will certainly consider exchanges or a credit on a case by case basis. All shipping costs associated with a change of mind return are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or is not what you ordered you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement (if available), a credit, or a full refund.
Please retain all original packaging, as it may be needed for a return or insurance claim.


Custom Orders & Commissions

Commissioned artworks or specially requested pieces are final and non-refundable unless damaged in transit or not delivered as described or if agreement for a non binding commission has been arranged.


Returns Process

To initiate a return or report a problem, please contact us via email with:

1. Your contact information and proof of purchase
2. Reason for return (and photos, if applicable)

Approved returns must be shipped back in original or comparable protective packaging at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.


International Sales

Due to customs, shipping, and handling complexities, international sales are final unless damaged in transit.


Additional Notes

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item via the original payment method. 
Credit notes are valid for three (3) years from date of issue
